Urban Eagles

As missionaries for the Urban Eagles we bring Christ's presence to the inner city and try to make his name known. We place young men on soccer teams while introducing them to Christ through relationships and discipleship. We live in the same neighborhood with these boys and their families. We've found living where we minister has fostered deeper relationships and lasting trust to be built. While it's a 24/7 job we couldn't imagine being anywhere else! God has greatly blessed us through our friends and we're constantly learning from these beautiful people around us. 

I also lead a girls ministry with three other amazing ladies. While there isn't any soccer going on (considering I played softball all my life and just recently became a lover of soccer) we have a good time hanging out, painting nails, holding fashion shows and dance parties, and getting into the Word. It's been a joy sharing Christ with these girls. Some of them had never even heard the name of Jesus before we opened the Bible. Now we have girls taking their bibles to school and sharing Christ with their families.
